I help early-stage founders in Ethiopia launch and grow. I run entrepreneurship programs at ALX Ethiopia, and I co-founded companies.

I’m Abenazzer B. Tadesse, an Ethiopian tech and entrepreneurial ecosystem builder based in Addis Ababa.
With a decade of experience in project management, sales, operations and business strategy, I’ve managed multiple projects across Ethiopia and guided sales teams to close over 40 deals.
Today I’m the Entrepreneurship Development Manager at ALX Ethiopia. With a dedicated team, I support early-stage founders: together we’ve contributed to the launch of over 800 pre-seed ventures, trained more than 3,000 people in essential entrepreneurial skills, raised the visibility of 100+ startups and incubated 75 ventures.
I co-founded The Disruptors Den, a community of over 6,000 entrepreneurs with 90+ weekly coffee meetups. Through spotlight series and mentorship programs we’ve helped hundreds of founders build a pan-African mindset, sharpen their business proposals and build ventures that last.
Being a founder myself keeps me close to the challenges and the opportunities. It drives my passion for building supportive ecosystems and for the collaboration that helps businesses and communities thrive.
