Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
This policy explains what Mulu Link (“we”, “us”) collects when you use mululink.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.
1. What we collect
If you have an account
- Email address and password. Your password is stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text.
- Google sign-in (optional). If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google tells us your verified email address and a unique Google account ID. We receive nothing else, such as your name, photo or contacts, and we never post to your account. We do not store a password for accounts created this way.
- Your page content. Everything you enter in the editor: text, links, contact details, images, colours and settings. Drafts are private. Published content is public.
- Images you upload. Stored in our file storage and served from img.mululink.com.
If you visit someone’s page
- Basic visit and click counts. When you open a published page or tap a link on it, we record the page name, whether it was a view or a click, which link, and the time. We do not store your IP address, your user agent or any identifier, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
Technical data
- Our hosting and storage providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request details) for security and operation.
2. Cookies and local storage
We use one cookie, ol_session, to keep you signed in (strictly necessary, expires after 30 days). We also store your light/dark preference in your browser’s local storage. We use no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
3. How we use it
- To run the Service: sign you in, save and publish your page, and show it to visitors.
- To show you basic statistics for your own page.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
- To contact you about your account or important changes to the Service.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. What is public
Anything on a published page, including names, links, phone numbers, emails, addresses and images, can be seen by anyone and may be copied or indexed by search engines. If you opt in to “Show my page on the Customers page”, your published page is also listed at mululink.com/customers until you turn that off, and others can start their own page from its design (never your text, photos, links or contact details). Only publish what you are happy to share. Your account email is not shown on your page unless you add it there.
5. Who we share it with
We use service providers to operate Mulu Link, and they process data on our behalf:
- Vercel, hosting.
- Neon, database.
- Cloudflare, DNS and image storage (R2).
Features you choose to add may load content from other services, such as maps, video or Instagram embeds and image libraries. A YouTube video card loads the video’s picture from YouTube when the page opens, and the video player only after a visitor taps it. Those services can see that your browser requested their content and are subject to their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect people’s safety or our rights.
6. Where it is processed
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. We rely on them to protect it appropriately.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account and page while your account is open. Visit and click records are kept to power your statistics. If you delete your account, we delete your account and page data. Copies in backups and caches are removed in the normal course of operation.
8. Your choices and rights
You can edit or delete your page content in the editor at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. To exercise these rights or to delete your account, email hello@mululink.com from your account address and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
10. Children
Mulu Link is not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
12. Contact
